Abstract:
This data was produced for the 1999 edition of the Great Lakes Regional Toxic Air Emissions Inventory. The data is produced by the air quality control agencies of the eight Great Lakes states and the province of Ontario. An attempt has been made to quantify all releases of pollutants categorized as hazardous air pollutants by the EPA and several other substance of concern within the Great Lakes basin.
Purpose:
To provide information on the location and amount of releases of toxic air contaminants in the Great Lakes region
